This is a one-on-one coaching call with me via Zoom. Don't worry - it's a super casual and judgement free zone where we chat about all things YOU.

 

This is where I gather information needed to create you a goals-driven, fully personalised program that you will love!

 

The call goes for approximately 1 hour and all you need to bring is a bevvy of choice - I'll handle the rest. Let's get you sorted!

As a functional nutritionist, I assess your symptoms, goals and blood work to craft you some example eating days that perfectly suit YOU. I don't just throw a bunch of recipes together to "fit your macros".. you will receive 3 thought-out example days that encompass easy-to-make meals, proper vitamin & mineral ratios and functional nutrition foods to enhance your body.

Then with our fortnightly check-ins, I am able to continuously adjust your targets to ensure you're hitting your goals.

 

You gain access to our easy nutrition tracker within the app, along with all of our delicious macro-friendly recipes!

Navigate the gym with confidence and purpose with access to both home and gym training blocks created by our body transformation coach, Leigh (inc his signature "hourglass" program).

 

Our BCC app features a beautifully organized workout vault with the ability to track your weights so you can progress them from the previous week (this is where the results are at!) and watch the video demonstrations all from your phone.

 

PLUS (coming soon) access to Les Mills workouts whenever you desire including BodyPump, Cycle, Barre to name a few!

Your menstrual cycles are a true insight into your health. As your coach, I want to relieve the intimidation that a lot of us feel when it comes to learning our cycles.

 

With educational content on what a healthy cycle should look & feel like, how to track your cycles accurately, how to tell when you're in your fertile window (and what a fertile window even is!) plus info on common imbalances (honestly, everything we should have learned in school!)​, my intention is to help you become besties with your body.

 

I also provide cycle analysis where you receive a detailed run-down of your cycle plus recommendations on how to improve your next one​.

And of course, the ability to ask questions about your cycles at any moment through our coaching messenger portal. This inclusion is only suitable for those not on hormonal birth control or those on IUD's.

To keep you accountable and ensure your program is consistently being adjusted to suit your circumstance and goals, you will receive fortnightly check-ins with me via our app messenger portal.

Within these check-ins, I monitor your macronutrients, vitamins, minerals, workouts (I make sure you're progressing your workouts to get results), body composition changes via weight, cm's and photos, how you're feeling via your check-in form and your menstrual cycles (you receive a graph and analysis upon completion of each cycle).

 

You also have access to me mon-fri for whatever you like!
