Thinking of competing? BCC has helped many clients to stage success in many different federations and divisions. Competing is a challenging and rewarding process and will be sure to teach you something about yourself that you didn’t know before.
It will teach you the utmost discipline and how to bring your very best version of your physique to the stage!
Please note:
There is a minimum term of 32 weeks for competition prep which encompasses 4 weeks out from chosen competition to ensure adequate starting position before competition phase, 24 weeks of competition prep and a 4 week reverse diet recovery phase.

Which coach would suit me better?Both Sheridan and Leigh are committed to getting you great results, with a health focused approach and both offer detailed nutrition and training packages. Do I need a gym membership to benefit from coaching?We do believe your results skyrocket when you have access to a gym filled with various professional equipment. However, we also know the best program is one you can follow consistently. So with this in mind, we have built a training suite that caters for everyone. You will have access to gym programs, home workouts requiring only dumbbells plus Les Mills on demand classes (Barre, BodyPump, Cycle and more!).

What happens after I submit my interest in a coaching package?You will receive an email from your corresponding coach with your next steps. How do I cancel my coaching package?Easy! Just shoot us an email and we can action that for you. Please note that: 1. We require a 2wk cancellation notice to finish up your coaching and deactivate your account. 2. Each package has a minimum 12wk term requirement that must be completed before cancelling.
